HTTYD: Inut Island ~ Village

This is the Village of Inut. This is where all the dragon riders live. Our chief lives at the edge, to show that he is not more special then the rest of the Vikings.

Atlanta got out of bed and yawned. When she was downstairs she was greeted by her older brother's dragon. The dragon wasn't full grown yet so it could walk into the house. She pet him a few times and felt a pang of jealousy. Her life dream was to ride on the back of a dragon.

Lily yawned and stretched. She looked at the Stable. She preferred to sleep there, near dragons, because they comforted her.

Atlanta picked up a list her mom left her and saw that she needed to buy stuff. She picked up some money stuff from the tabs and ran outside.

Aurora calmly flew over the viking village. She didn't exactly know why she was here but oh well. She turned and headed back to Drakon Island.

Lily saw Atlanta and ran over to her. "Hey!" She said, Kindly.

Atlanta turned and waved. "Hi!" She said and walked over.

Lily smiled. "I think its about time you got your first dragon. Personally, I would have given you your first dragon ages ago but your parents gave me a mouthful when I suggested it." She joked. "So, what do you say?"

Atlanta gasped, in shock. A dragon! She was getting a dragon. She was about to run around and yell out but she gave a beaming smile. "Yes please!" She said happily.

Lily laughed. "What kind of dragon would you like? A Deadly nadder? Whispering death? Death song?" She frowned. "Please don't say death song, Last time a trainee wanted one we ended up with amber in-between our toes for weeks."

Atlanta smiled. "I'll be there bright and early!" She promised. She ran off to get the stuff she needed quickly so she could tell her brother about what happened.

Aurora, who had landed on Atlanta's house for a rest, watched the young Viking with curiosity. Who was that Viking? She shouldn't care. She watched her curiosly.

Atlanta went back to her house and almost screamed hen she's saw a dragon on top of her house. She went inside and climbed up the ladder to the roof. She opened a door and climbed out.

Alrik had just walked towards the stables and screamed like a little girl at the first dragon he saw, falling onto his back pathetically. He wanted to have a dragon of his very own, though he was scared of them.

Aurora looked at Atlanta by turning her head 180 degrees. She looked at the human.

Atlanta freaked out when the dragon turned its head so much but went over next to it and sat down. "Hi." She said even though the dragon probably couldn't understand her.

Aurora tilted her head and turned her body. She sniffed Atlanta.

Atlanta could only hear dragon noises. She sighed and looked out. She pointed towards the sea. "Someday, I want to ride a dragon across the ocean." She said.

Aurora could kinda understand what the human wanted. She wanted to go out To sea. Aurora could help. She jumped, grabbing Atlanta and flew, out to sea.

Aurora looked down at the human in her talons. She spun midair and Atlanta landed on her back. She grinned up at Atlanta.

Atlanta finally realized what was happening. This dragonet as taking her out to sea! She held on tightly and breathed in the fresh salty air. "Thank you." She said.

Alrik blinked his eyes and smiled. He pulled out a fish from one of his pockets, a big islandic cob and offered it to Everstone.

Everstone jumped forewords, grabbing the fish before dashing back and eating it. He tilted his head, looking for more.

Alrik stumbled back with a little scream. He didn't expect the quick motion of taking the fish from him. He quickly threw two more at Everstone and then bolted off.

Everstone sniffed the fish before picking them up and trotting after Alrik. He placed them before him and grunted in apology and backed off.

Alrik fell onto his back and cowered. "Please don't eat me." Alrik said fearfully but then calmed as the dragon was returning the fish.

Alrik would wake in a few minutes and when he did he would laugh innocently at Everstone. He slowly reached his hand out to pet the dragon.
