HTTYD: Inut Island ~ Village

Atlanta felt a sharp pain in her leg and looked down to see her wound again. It felt hot and she sighed. She leaned onto Ocean and started crying. "Why am I even doing this? I'm just a child!" She sobbed.

"I accidentally stabbed myself, then got stabbed, so Whiplash - she's Zir's sister - had to cut it off," Cindy explained, hesitating for a moment before telling him.

Asger narrowed his eyes. "Those stupid dragons.." He muttered. "I'm just happy your ok. Where is the others? Alrik? Lyra? Katla?"

"Uhh... still at Delta," Cindy laughed awkwardly, rubbing her neck. "Atlanta came too,"

Atlanta started yelling some bad things about herself before laying down on Ocean's tail. "Ugh. I'm going to kill my voice." She grumbled.

Zirconia made a laughing noise as Whiplash - who was exploring about 10 metres away - tripped and fell. "Hey!" the golden Razorwhip laughed back, flapping her wings on the spot. She used her tail to take off the satchels, and then jumped onto Zirconia to roll around with the older Razorwhip.

Asger nodded. "So... How are things at your island?"

"Good, good, it's going mostly well.. or was, at least. There are some new dragons that have followed us, from other islands though. I think Avalanche has been injured, and some of the others have been hurt, though," Cindy replied, trailing off at the end.

Asger frowned. "So, how is Lily then?"

"She's been... good, but last I saw her she ran after Avalanche and that looked bad, so I'm honestly not sure right now," Cindy admitted, rubbing her neck.

Asger frowned. "Avalanche, isn't that that white night fury?"

"Yeah, that's her," Cindy confirmed, nodding.

Asger nodded. "Very well. What do you need?"

"Anyone that can help with my arm," Cindy laughed awkwardly. "I'm not sure if a dragon cutting it off is extremely healthy," she added dryly afterwards.

Asger frowned. "Get the blacksmith. He's the best blacksmith in the world."

"He wasn't in the forge when I looked there," Cindy frowned. "I was looking for Isa, too, she has some skills in blacksmithing,"

Zirconia stood up, breaking up the roll as she saw Cindy and Asger nearby. Slowly lifting her wing in front of Whiplash, she flicked her tail at Asger and shook her head, then used her tail to sweep Whiplash away. "That's her dad. Lets leave 'em alone,"

Whiplash blinked at Zirconia, rearing up on her back legs and batting at her older sister. "Come on! How bad can he be?" she roared, jumping out and walking over to Cindy, tail spines down as she stuck her head right next to Cindy.

"And here she is..." Cindy sighed, rubbing her neck. 

Ocean nudged  Atlanta up and shiver her out the door. Atlanta grumbled. “Fine I’m going.” She said and walked out, Ocean following.

Angela glanced out her window when she saw Atlanta and Ocean. Climbing out of it, she ran over. "Hey!" she greeted, "Are you okay?"

“Does it look like it?” Atlanta said grumpily. Ocean growled and shoved her with his tail.

"Sorry, I just saw, yeah, I'm awkward at this... need a hug?" Angela rushed, looking around awkwardly.

“Uh, sure.” Atlanta said awkwardly.

Angela hugged Atlanta. "Want to rant?" she asked.

"Sure. It started off when I got my first dragon then we flew off to this island than Cindy and I went to check out the dragon hunter islands and got ourselves captured and we weren't rescued for a long while and even after we were rescued everyone seemed to ignore me and I was feeling pretty homesick so I came home to see my brothers and sisters." Atlanta said.

Angela hugged Atlanta tighter. "I'll always be here too if you want to rant," she smiled. "I'd come with you to this island, but... y'know, no dragon," she laughed. "You okay physically?"

“Oh!” Atlanta said and turned around to face the typhoomerang. “This is Ocean and he doesn’t yet have a rider.” She said. “You can have him if you like, as long as you let me hang out with hi.”

"Wait, seriously?" Angela gaped. "Ocean, huh?" She laughed awkwardly. "Is he okay with that or do I do a bonding thing or what?" she rushed.

Atlanta nodded and stood back. “We found him on the island being chased by other sea dragons.” She said. Ocean glanced at Angela, blinking.

"Oh..." Angela slowly put her hand out, closing her eyes in concentration to remember what she'd seen others' do. She turned away, glancing up again at the dragon and then stretching out her fingers.

Ocean glanced over to Atlanta with uncertain eyes but set his focus on Angela right after. The girl trusts her, so should I. He thought.

Angela glanced up again at Ocean, smiling tightly. Sighing slightly, she turned away, her hand still out. Does he actually like me? she asked herself, frowning slightly before relaxing again.

Ocean nuzzled the gir's hand playfully, and Atlanta beamed, trying to keep her excitement down so she wouldn't scare Ocean.

Isa looked out, seeing a silver and gold bundle. She headed over, looking at the dragons playing and laughing.

Angela grinned widely. "Wow," she breathed, her eyes glittering.

Atlanta's excitement couldn't be controlled any longer and she jumped at Angela, hugging her. "We're so alike now! You should come to delta with me so I can teach you to ride and you can meet my friends!"

Angela grinned, hugging her friend back. "Yes please!" she laughed, grinning widely. "I'd love that!"

Atlanta held Lemon. "I don't think this guy can fly. Do you think we can ride on your dragon? I can take the driving and show you how it's done." She said.

"Sure!" Angela nodded, looking at Ocean. "Can I get on?" she asked.

Ocean nodded and crouched down, letting the two girls get on.

Angela climbed on the large dragon, gently running her hands along it's scales.

Atlanta jumped on and sat behind her. “Just don’t be too rough... he’s had a rough start to life.” She said, patting Ocean’s scales.

"Alright," Angela smiled, looking back at Atlanta as her smile widened.

Asger stepped back from the dragons, frowning. "Very well. I believe he will be in the great hall."

"Alright, I'll look for Isa first though, I want to see her anyway. Nice seeing you again dad," Cindy nodded, rubbing her neck then waving, heading over to Zirconia. "Oh, hey Isa!" she laughed, seeing her friend play with Whiplash.

"Cindy!" Isa grinned, running over and hugging her. "Oh Thor, your arm!" she covered her mouth. "Have you seen a healer? What happened? Why are you back here? How's your island?"

"Calm yourself," Cindy smiled, rubbing Zirconia's neck. "Unless Whiplash counts, no, I stabbed myself then got stabbed, I'm back here to try and fix it and the island is great," she answered, then hugged Isa back with one arm.

Atlanta froze in place. “I should tell my friend who came with me that I’m leaving, but I don’t know where she is...” she said worriedly.

"Oh, who is she?" Angela asked, looking around for any other dragons. "Does she have her own dragon or did she ride with you?"

“Her name is Cindy, and I think she has her own dragon.” Atlanta said. “Or two maybe. Three?”

"Is that her?" Angela asked, glancing over to a glint of silver in the sunlight and then a flash of gold.

“Not sure... I can’t realy see that well when it’s really shiny.” She said, blinking.

"She's got black hair, right? And blue eyes?" Angela asked, scanning the ground. "I haven't seen her much, but I remember that,"

Isa nodded slowly. "Well, knowing you, I'm assuming you want a 'new arm' because the shock hasn't settled in yet, so you want to get it all done before you collapse - hopefully in your new island?" she guessed.

Cindy smiled on one side. "Yeah, pretty much. Luckily, it's my right arm and I'm left-handed, but I need to be able to still hold the bow," she rubbed her head. "I have no idea how this is going to work out," She turned to Isa, her eyes wide. "What if I won't be able to shoot again? Or fight again? Or-"

And here's the shock. Isa thought to herself, then put a hand on Cindy's mouth. "Shh. You'll be fine. I promise I'll work as hard as I can on it, and you can go back to your island while I'm making it since it needs to be so complicated,"

"Keep Whiptail if you want," Cindy said, after breathing for a minute and then nodding. "Okay, I'll go back, you come visit on Whiptail and I should probably flew to Delta before I collapse and end up falling in the ocean,"

Isa gave her a thumbs up, then put her hand out to Whiptail. "Hi, girl," she smiled, then her eyes widened when she put her head into Isa's palm. "Okay then, let's go make Cindy's arm!"

Cindy smiled slightly, pulling herself up on Zirconia and wrapping the rope around her waist. She then slowly flew up into the air, grabbing on tightly and hovered over Isa's house, dropping off some bags then going up a bit higher to see where Atlanta was and say she was heading back.

“I think so... Cindy?” She called, trying to get a good glimpse of the person.

Cindy saw them and dived down with Zirconia. "Are you leaving too?" she asked, hovering slightly above the ground while grabbing onto the rope tightly.

Angela glanced at Cindy's dragon. "Which species is that?" she asked curiously.

"Razorwhip," Cindy nodded.

Isa held onto Whiptail, directing the dragon as she ran to her forge. As they got there, she slid down Whiptail's ring and got out a piece of burnt wood and drew out a quick design. "Whiptail, set the forge on fire if you would," she grinned once she was done drawing.
